Estate sale find, fully matted and framed with glass, recently cleaned by a professional. The photographer signed E. Engbers in pencil and numbered the print 25/25. The print was matted and E. Engbers signed below the print on the matte board, then it was matted and framed in a black metal frame. Frame is in good condition with one inch showing spots at the top needing a touch up. The print is called “In Tribute to Orpheus” and shows a nude male holding an orb and gazing down at the orb with an ornate building behind him. The original photographer card is on the back and gives the address at the time of Everett T. Engbers, the limited edition of prints being 25 and this being number 25. The title, negative date of Oct. 1993 and the print date of Jan. 1994, with all rights reserved by Everett T Engbers. It also reads CLOSE OF EDITION MCMXCVII (1997) This is a stunning piece of photography! The photo print measures approx. 4 1/2” x 6” with the mat cut out measuring approx. 5” x 7” the over all framed print measures approx. 11” x 14”.
