Book has some condition issues but for its age is in fair to good condition. Hardcover shows wear on all corners and spine. Inside it is signed in quill pen by a previous owner and dated Dec. 4, 1884. 2nd page in is also signed by another name. Pages show discoloration some water stains and random pencil marks on the 4th page in.
